Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Booking

• Room reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment.
• Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in.
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
• All refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

3. Accommodation

• Room rates are for double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• Extra person charges apply for additional guests and are subject to availability.
• Children under 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding. Children 6 years and above will be charged as per hotel policy.
• Della Resort reserves the right to relocate any reservation to an alternative accommodation of similar category.

4. Facilities & Services

• Access to certain facilities including the Adventure Park, Spa, and Restaurants may be subject to additional charges.
• Operating hours for all facilities are determined by the management and subject to change without notice.
• Some activities are subject to weather conditions and seasonal availability.
• All amenities, including swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, are used at the guest's own risk.

5. Conduct & Liability

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and respect other guests' privacy and comfort.
• Della Resort reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves.
• Della Resort will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to guests' belongings.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
• Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly areas only and subject to separate pet policies.

6. Force Majeure

Della Resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay results from events beyond its control including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or labor strikes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

8. Amendments

Della Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
